It only takes #ADollarADay to change a life.

Join the GAAP for this year’s #GivingTuesday campaign

What is one dollar a day for you? Do you know what it could mean for people in need?

This is the premise of the GAAP’s new #GivingTuesday campaign. This year we are focusing our efforts on monthly donations and how they can translate into real, tangible change in the lives of those who need it.

Did you know that for less than what you spend on that daily cup of coffee you could help a Guatemalan child stay in school instead of having to drop out and go to work? Or that the money you spend on a packet of chewing gum could be used to rescue and shelter animals during disaster situations? That a simple subway ticket could fund a sterilization campaign aimed to end Chile’s stray dog problem? Or that for the price of one can of soda a day you could bring veterinary health to indigenous reserves in northern Canada?

With just one dollar a day you could have a tremendous positive impact on the lives of people and animals living in rural, poverty stricken and low income areas in Chile, Guatemala and northern Canada.

This year we invite you to get to know our projects and consider becoming a monthly donor. A dollar a day might not mean a lot to you but for others, it could mean a life changing opportunity.
